Check points for listing a property in Asset Acquire :
 

• Property should be a HMDA OR GHMC approved. For gated communities TS RERA is mandatory. ( If the property is not possessing following certifications, then the property will not be considered for listing )

• No properties are accepted if doesn't come under registration process as per government norms. " NOTARY LANDS OR PROPERTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED "

• For open land projects both HMDA OR GHMC and RERA certifications are mandatory. And as a part of Asset Acquire security measures compound wall for the project and proper markings of plots are mandatory.

• No broker, channel partner or agent listings are allowed. Asset Acquire will only consider the direct builder listings who are responsible for registration process. ( KYC process will be conducted by Team Asset Acquire in order to verify direct builder )

• No individual unit will be listed. The property listed has to be a whole community or whole stand alone building or whole open plot community.

• For security reasons Asset Acquire won't allow individuals or builders to list their property directly. Asset Acquire quality team will be in touch with the concern builder after reaching out to us.
