I mean you guys are not collecting user info,

unable to track your users to which builder they are connecting to,

There must be some kind of returns either from users or Builders in order to survive right !


But one thing I should appriciate your portal,

I got " ZERO " spam calls from other builders or any others (Trust me if you do this in any portal this won't be the case)

Thats where I get your point of not collecting Uset personal data, If you are not collecting user data means you can't share user personal data to others.

I agree, asset acquire is a property portal in it's own league.

Out of curiosity I once connected to their customer support about their concept of doing business, they just asked me 3 questions

  1. Did you ever encountered any broker listing's ?

  2. Did you ever share your personal data with us to know property details ?

  3. Did you ever got spam calls after starting property search in assetacquire.in ?

Which is " NO " for all the questions. They even don't know their users names and still they give assistance to their Users.


But only one thing, you guys need to update the details of the projects, because in 2 to 3 cases I found price updates are lagging behind.

Anyway you guys are providing builder contact, but before caling to the builder only if the price details are more accurate that would be more helpful.
